Beyond one-on-coaching to build leadership capabilities, Coaching with Farah also brings leadership teams together to get aligned around how they'll move forward with specific initiatives, decisions, or large transformations. The goal is to ensure critical perspectives are brought to the table, debate is productive, and the team has an action plan they're aligned to proceed with together before the session ends. She leads specific portions of off-sites and strategic planning sessions, from half day to full day sessions. A team engagement begins with a free Strategy session with the CEO or other sponsor to flesh out the team need, so we can design the best program design to meet the need.

The purpose of one-on-one executive coaching is to get leaders clear on their purpose and move forward with action. Executive coaching with Farah is a collaborative process of defining your goals, getting grounded in your values, and translating that value framework into how you lead to have the impact you desire -- aligned to your company's strategy. The leader brings their topics, challenges, and opportunities to coaching. Farah serves as a sounding board and thought partner, championing and challenging the leader to dig deeper into these areas to find clarity and paths forward. Action and results are a critical part of the engagement.

Assessments are a valuable source of insights. Coaching with Farah works with leaders to incorporate assessments into the coaching process where they may be relevant and helpful in deepening the leader's learning and driving key behavior changes for impact. She also encourages leaders to share any performance reviews from the past year so we have a basis for how others view their impact. Farah is trained in and has worked with multiple types of assessments, such as the CliftonStrengths Assessment by Gallup, the Saboteur Assessment by Positive Intelligence, the Strengths Profile by Cappfinity. She is certified in the the Leadership Circle 360 Profile by The Leadership Circle.

Employers and investors may contract with Coaching with Farah directly to sponsor coaching for themselves or their leaders. Leaders who seek to self-fund can discuss their specific situation with Farah.

Coaching with Farah is not covered by health insurance because the coaching is not healthcare, therapy, or medical in nature.

Coaching with Farah accepts payment upfront in full or in agreed-upon installments during the coaching period. Payments are by direct deposit, credit card, debit card, ACH transfer, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Venmo. Additional options may be considered for payments being made by employers for employees, such as invoicing through Bill.com.

Coaching with Farah focuses on leadership development. Farah works primarily with Directors, Heads of, VPs, Founder/CEOs, and other C-Suite roles who are leading teams and want to maximize their impact. As examples, she has had clients come to her who wanted to start a tech company, double their revenue, and transform their team culture. Career and succession planning can be integrated into a leadership coaching engagement where relevant.
