Yes, Coaching with Farah will conduct formal leadership assessments, specifically 360 feedback reviews, where relevant. Farah Hussain is certified in the Leadership Circle 360 Profile, which measures leadership effectiveness. It is one of the most efficient 360 processes which also aligns well with her coaching approach. Separate from the Leadership Circle Profile assessment, Farah Hussain can design and conduct a custom 360 feedback process for your leaders.

Coaching with Farah’s pricing depends on five primary factors for one-on-one executive coaching:

• length of the engagement
• frequency of live coaching sessions
• type of support offered between live sessions
• depth of planning & reporting required with the sponsor
• seniority of the leader

For reference, a six-month engagement with bi-weekly live coaching sessions over Zoom will start at $8500 USD for head of / director-level leaders. Facilitation and workshop fees depend on the scale and scope, and whether the engagement is virtual or in-person.
