Coaching with Farah’s pricing depends on five primary factors for one-on-one executive coaching:

  • frequency of live coaching sessions
  • type of support offered between live sessions
  • depth of planning & reporting required with the sponsor

For reference, a six-month engagement with bi-weekly live coaching sessions over Zoom will start at $8500 USD for head of / director-level leaders. Facilitation and workshop fees depend on the scale and scope, and whether the engagement is virtual or in-person.
